To end a relationship

Hari nih boss aku tanya aku….”weh ko nak gi uk lagi tak? Kalo nak aku leh settlekan. Cuma bagitau aper syarat ko?”

Jawapan aku mudah jer. “jangan ikat aku…yang dulu aku pergi pun dah kena setahun”

Boss aku jawab “ok no pb…kasi aku 2 minit”

Then dia call aku balik…”weh ko keje sini jer laa…mrk kata cancel”

Pendapat aku laa…kalo company tuh betul2 percaya ko, takkan laa mrk nak ikat ko. Aku paling tak suka ikatan nih pasal nanti ko takleh nak nego. Company lain approach ko pun ko takleh amik. Panas jer bikin dalam hati. Pergi sana pun bukan bercuti pun. Still keje aper, bukan bercuti pun. Kalo company jaga employee mrk bagus takdenya mrk nak lari pergi tempat lain.

4 bulan lagi dan aku akan merdeka utk sukati hati nak resign. Malam nih update resume kat jobstreet tapi server dia kasi error 500 pulak.

Sayang gak nak tinggalkan company skang. Cuma yang slacknya

• laptop aku spec dia cam haram. Aku takde laa nak kata developer nih hebat lagi istimewa. Tapi paham laa sikit kehendak developer. Ingat buat programming senang? Kasi laa machine mantap sikit. Bukan nak mintak MAC pun
• Gaji aku ditahap underpaid!!!. Nih adalah kesan aku berkawan dengan budak Accenture. Baru aku tahu camner gaji mrk, dan kalo aku join mrk memang tangga gaji aku tahap terhina ciput laa. So company aku skang pun MNC, patut leh demand. Takmo kasi senang jer, chow laa kan

So malam nih akhirnya aku ader kemajuan. Berjaya update resume aku. Takper laa buat simple dulu, nak test water katakan.

Ok just a reminder to myself, I need to do all these things in this week;

• find a way to do translation on wordpress automatically
• build a simple web application using spring framework
• brush up my skill with ibatis. Should be easy but i don’t want to take any chances.
• explore joomla. Using wordpress to create a simple website is not a good idea. 

With mok wedding on saturday. I pretty sure my schedule will be pack this week. Not to mentioned nowdays I can play DOTA from home. Good since I need to save every single penny.

Ok…my next big plan is to remake my resume into this new format. It just AWESOME!!!

So I was called by my human resource manager yesterday. She would like to know how I been doing in the organization since my story was a bit unique when I joined the organization compare to others. There was a lot chit chat and constructive comment between us. 

Nothing personal, but by the end of this year I’ll be actively searching for a new job. I need to secure certain amount of money before 2011. What waiting for me then is the big M. I know a lot of people will say in this time around jobs will be limited. I just don’t have any option, its either do or die ( ok laa its not that bad mind you, I just love to exagerate ).

I had several company in my mind. On top of my list is Experian. This company has it all from the skill that I love, the environment, to the methodology they been using. And they have their own blog, which where I found how cool the office is. Come join me there !!

Sangat laa demotivated utk pergi ke keje. Especially setiap monday. Tak sabar nak friday haha.

Just found this link when I browsing ittutor in regards on virtualization ( vmware ).

Hopefully by end of this year I will get OVERPAID when I join a new gig.

All this time I did heard about virtualization but never thought using it on software development. It appear that we can create MULTIPLE Vmware which is good if you are thinking in terms of creating an environment for testing.

But bear in mind the limitatation of one hardware capabilities. Having multiple processor and lots of memory ( tons will be better ) do help making the VMware instance working much faster. 

This is something I look forward to explore on weekend. Currently there’s no development work coming and out of the blue, I was assigned to do some system administrator work. Which is great!! As long I don’t bored myself to death.

P/S : Out of nowhere, all the suddently its there. Yeah you know what I mean, its the number 1 on my categories list. I did like thousand of times deleting it already

Aku dah agak. Memang agak sukar and payah  bagi aku utk bekerja dengan orang uk. Masalah sure stopper telah menyebabkan keje aku lembab nak mampus. Jika masalah ditemui. Aku terpaksa tunggu sampai petang, team UK baru masuk office.

Serius tak efficient langsung. Memang selama aku kat Mesia nih macam peluru aku dah kena tembak. Badan dah berlubang cam sarang tebuan. Mood keje munurun pada kadar yang pantas.
